Helping clients identify upsetting events, feelings, negative thoughts, so we are set up for the powerful work ahead. Participants will engage in the process. If you want, you will have the opportunity to volunteer to do personal work with our experienced therapists. And you’ll have the opportunity for doing personal work in small groups on day three. The Daily Mood Log is a foundational tool that can be used in session and between sessions. Learn how to teach your clients to use the DML so that you can help them build their toolbox. |

Did you know that there are two types of resistance for each challenge? We will introduce you to both Outcome Resistance and Process Resistance. Learn how to work with resistance so that it helps power therapy as opposed to slowing it down. |
